BatFast fan zones at Nottinghamshire CCC vs Yorkshire CCC

BatFast travelled to our neighbours Nottingham to set up our world class cricket simulators at the fan zones for Nottinghamshire CCC. Kids and adults alike lined up and waited for their turn to face our simulator at the iconic Trent Bridge. We are glad to say that we were absolutely busy on a fantastic day in the Midlands.

The home team won the toss and sent Yorkshire in to bat first on a great day for cricket. A score of 59 in 30 balls for Adam Lyth and a 47 in just 28 balls for Shaun Marsh helped Yorkshire get to a massive total of 223. Only Samit Patel troubled the visitors with 3-29 in his 4 overs.

Despite a mammoth total, Nottingham got to a brilliant start losing their first wicket after an 87 run partnership. A scintillating 101 in just 47 balls from Alex Hales made the chase look like it was easy. Brendan Taylor chipped in with a valuable 41.

The home team cruised to a 5 wicket win.
