Event Details

The GoFest made it’s debut in the North of the country with Manchester on the 24th and 25th of June, 2017. We set our cricket simulators up on both days of the event in Manchester. Families were participating in the sport together, in what was a fantastic event with a large turnout. On the first day, about 400 people turned up to the event while there were about 700 people on the second day of the event.

We set our simulator up, amongst 30 other different sports stalls at the Manchester Sports Park. Despite a number of different sports to choose from, we are glad that BatFast was one of the busiest stalls at the event.

It was unfortunate that we encountered some wet weather over the weekend. However, we are glad to say that participants were willing to come out of the shelter to register and run back to the shelter while they waited for their turn to play.

We would like to make a special mention to the Hutchinson family and the Hoggard family. Both families were very extremely good on the simulator with some class cricketing strokes. They played a number of overs together and seemed to enjoy their cricket. The Hutchinson family had three generations playing on the simulator with the son, the father and the grandfather – all three men taking on the BatFast challenge.

Amidst all the rain and sunshine we are grateful and thrilled to have you try the BATFAST Cricket simulator. We hope you all enjoyed it thoroughly and would be keen on trying it out again.
